All Things is designed so that your data stays with you. We operate no server:
your content is never sent to us, and we cannot see it.
1. Data the app handles
Your content — schedules, habits, subscriptions, reminders, check-ins,
and related history. It is stored locally on your device.
Google account basics — only if you enable Google Sheets sync:
your name, email address, and Google account identifier, used solely for authentication
and for showing which account is connected.
2. Google Sheets sync (optional)
Sync writes your content to a spreadsheet inside your own Google Drive.
The app requests only the drive.file permission, which allows it to access
only files it created itself — never your other Drive files.
Data flows directly between your device and Google's servers. There is no
developer server in between; we never receive, store, or process your content.
The spreadsheet is visible in your Drive and can be permanently deleted by you at any time.
All Things' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide
the user-facing sync feature described above; it is never sold, never used for advertising,
and never used to train AI models.
3. Purchases
Pro upgrades are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your
payment details. Purchase state is evaluated on your device.
4. What we do NOT do
No analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising, no cross-app tracking.
No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
No use of your data for AI/model training.
This website is static and sets no cookies.
Crash reports reach us only through Apple's built-in, opt-in system, in aggregated form
without personal identification.
5. Deleting your data & revoking access
On device: delete items in the app, or delete the app to remove all local data.
Disconnect sync: available in the app at any time — it never requires a Pro subscription.
Delete the spreadsheet: permanently delete it from within the app or directly in Google Drive.
